Having been the first in her family to graduate college, Rebeca Nieves Huffman has been a long time national and local leader for educational equity and access. She leverages her two decades of executive leadership experience within organizations like City Year Chicago, NACSA, and Democrats for Education Reform within her consulting practice. Her clients range from individuals to nonprofits to foundations who want insights, strategies, and supports in fundraising, marketing, team building and board development.

Since the pandemic, Rebeca has had an influx of individual clients wanting clarity on how to pivot careers in ways that are more in alignment with their core values, culture, and innate gifts/talents.

Rebeca has had the pleasure of participating in various leadership fellowships and opportunities such as the Aspen Institute/New School Venture Fund (2009), Leadership Greater Chicago (2017), and she is currently a board member serving on the executive committee of WINGS, the largest domestic violence organization in the state of Illinois.
